Astrology is "Vedanga"
We at Hanumat Jyotish study the ups and downs of human life by interpreting the precious principles and policies as envisaged in Upnishads and other Vedanga's. Jyotiṣa is the ancient Indian system of astronomy and astrology (also known as Indian Astrology, Hindu Astrology, and of late, Vedic Astrology). Traditionally, it has three branches:
- Siddhanta: It is Indian astronomy or Mathematics (Ganita).
- Samhita: It is commonly known as Mundane Astrology (Medini Jyotisha), predicting important events based on analysis of astrological dynamics in a country's horoscope or general transit events such as financial positions, political events, wars, electional astrology, house and construction related matters (Vāstu Shāstra) natural hazards viz. earthquakes, floods etc.
- Hora:Predictive astrology based on analysis of natal horoscopes and the moment when a query is made.
